Responsibilities

As a member of one of the largest banking and finance teams in Wales, you will work on a variety of matters, including:

• General corporate debt finance
• Leveraged and acquisition finance
• Real estate finance
• Development finance
• International debt finance transactions

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking a Solicitor with over 2-4 years PQE, experienced within a reputable banking and finance team. The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong transactional and general banking experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work both collaboratively and independently under pressure
• Technical competence and commercial awareness
