Job Responsibilities

Givenchy Ambassador- Boots and John Lewis Cheltenham- 22.5 hours/ 3 days

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspiring our customers with the Givenchy Legacy through storytelling whilst providing outstanding customer service.
2. Approaching guests and building genuine connections.
3. Keeping up to date with product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
4. Maintaining store standards including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
5. Representing Givenchy with a can-do attitude and maintaining the highest grooming standards.
6. Working flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
7. Building effective in-store relationships.
8. Planning and delivering in-store events.
9. Exhibiting a passion for exceeding sales targets.
