This highly respected and top legal 500 national law firm seeks a junior qualified solicitor to join their growing Property Litigation team, which is ranked highly in Chambers and Legal 500.

The department is one of the largest outside London. As a solicitor in the team, they offer a broad range of contentious property work, principally in the fields of commercial landlord and tenant, property contracts, property insolvency, construction, and residential landlord and tenant including enfranchisement. The team acts for a wide variety of clients including those in the retail and leisure sectors, investment landlords, developers of both commercial and residential land, local authorities, and other public bodies.

The ideal candidate will have good work and client management skills that will fit into a team delivering a first-class service to a diverse range of quality clients. You will ideally already have some experience in this interesting and diverse area and be looking to develop your career alongside leaders in their field.
