Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  2. Manage candidate databases, update records, and maintain compliance documentation.
  3. Liaise with clients and candidates, handling queries professionally and efficiently.
  4. Assist with job postings, CV screening, and interview scheduling.
  5. Prepare reports and maintain recruitment KPIs.
  6. Handle general office administration tasks to support business efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience in recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment.
  2. Fast thinker, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  3. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  5. Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to industry changes.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
