Mô tả công việc:
  1. Main responsibility: In charge of purchasing for local spare parts, equipment, IT & miscellaneous items, and services
  2. Details Job:
    • Checking Purchase Requisition in SAP system
    • Working with related departments to get specific requirements of Purchase Requisition
    • Sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations
    • Negotiating with suppliers
    • Creating MM codes
    • Making Purchase Orders in SAP system and following PO approval
    • Monitoring delivery from suppliers
    • Coordinating with suppliers and Finance team for payment documents
    • Handling delivery and quality complaints with suppliers
  3. Workplace: No 20, Street 8, VSIP1, Thuan An Town, Binh Hoa ward, Binh Duong
