Job Description:

Join AXA Health's Technology team during an exciting period of transformation and digital innovation. We are investing in UK&I businesses to enhance our digital services, streamline processes, and modernize our legacy platforms. We seek an experienced Full Stack Engineer to contribute to our digital roadmap, develop capabilities, and support strategic improvements.

Work within a product-led operating model, focusing on building our Single Digital Platform centered around Salesforce, with significant .NET, Azure services, and React front-end applications. We promote flexible working, with at least 40% of your time remote, moving to predominantly remote work from September 2025. Our offices are in Leeds, Middlesborough, Bristol, Tunbridge Wells, and Bournemouth. Flexible arrangements are available.

What you'll be doing:

• Deliver secure, high-quality solutions within an agile team
• Promote automation in CI/CD and DevOps cycles
• Participate in team ceremonies and planning
• Collaborate across development and testing teams to optimize SDLC
• Engage in pair programming or mobbing sessions
• Drive continuous improvement and address inefficiencies
• Support delivery, lifecycle management, and technical debt reduction

What you’ll bring:

• Experience with Azure stack and .NET, including Azure functions, app services, service bus, and storage
• Proven ability to produce well-tested, high-quality code
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Bicep or ARM)
• Front-end web development experience is a plus
• Ability to maintain code quality and standards
• Knowledge of Salesforce integration is advantageous
• Azure B2C knowledge is a bonus
