Salary and Bonuses
- Basic Salary: £38,500 - £41,500*
- Retention Bonus: 5%
- Quality & Retention Bonus: Up to 10%
- *On-Target Earnings (OTE): £45,650

What We Are Looking For
- At least one year of post-registration experience as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or paramedic.
- Full registration with a relevant UK regulatory body (NMC, HCPC, etc.) with a valid PIN and no restrictions.
- Excellent observational and communication skills, with the ability to listen, empathize, and delve deeper.
- Ability to work efficiently, produce timely reports, and meet targets.
- Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and remote system access.
- A valid driving license or access to transportation to attend the nearest assessment centre.
Working Hours
- Contracted for 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day, full-time).
- Flexible working hours to be agreed with your line manager after training, balancing business needs with your work-life balance.
- Working hours can be between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
- Example schedules: 8am – 4:30pm or 9am – 5:30pm.
- Minimum 4 weeks’ notice for any changes to your rota.
