Job description

Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > SERV OFS PMO & Process Improvement

The Project Management Office (PMO) is a function within Operations Development in Vestas Northern & Central Europe (NCE) Offshore Service. We support our offshore windfarms with process and systems they need to carry daily operations whilst collaborating with wider organization.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting training sessions on various SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, etc.)
  • Developing training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises
  • Assessing training needs and customizing programs to meet specific requirements
  • Providing post-training support and troubleshooting assistance
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure training aligns with business objectives
Qualifications
  • Proven experience of using SAP, with in-depth knowledge of systems and modules
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Solid language skills (verbal and written) in English
