Are you a caring and compassionate Registered Health Visitor, or are you just about to qualify and seeking a new opportunity? Our 0-19 Starting Well Service has Health Visiting hours available.
You will be part of our integrated team delivering the key elements of the Healthy Child Programme to the Cheshire West and Chester 0-19 year old population and their families.
You should have a strong knowledge of the Healthy Child Programme and demonstrate a commitment to multi-agency, collaborative, and integrated team working. Safeguarding and case management are essential, and comprehensive training and support will be provided.
You will also be involved in a range of public health activities within a geographical area, working with individuals, groups, and communities. As a key professional in child protection, collaboration with other agencies is required.
