Summary

The Customer Success Manager will oversee and support the implementation and ongoing success of Foods Connected tools with current and new customers, focusing on Procurement & Supply Chain, including our Livestock Purchasing & Protein Optimise Solution.

This hands-on role involves account management, increasing service and license uptake, and collaborating with internal teams such as Development, Marketing, and Product. Willingness to travel is essential to assist clients in Europe’s largest retail companies, ensuring the system meets their procurement and supply chain needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Customer Success Leadership & Growth - 80%

  • Lead successful implementation of new projects with customers on procurement and supply chain solutions.
  • Provide consultancy on best practices and process mapping.
  • Manage customer accounts to maximize system utilization.
  • Collaborate with business development to grow existing accounts and communicate potential solutions to new customers.
  • Develop processes and strategies for optimal project management.

Product Management - 20%

  • Integrate customer feedback into operational practices, working with UX to improve customer sentiment.
  • Implement lifecycle strategies for new product lines, ensuring feedback informs the product roadmap.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial role (buying or selling), or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years' experience in the meat industry, focusing on yield management, data analytics, procurement, or sales.
  • Strong understanding of livestock deconstruction, yield management, product costing, and P&L management.
  • Ability to analyze customer data to optimize carcass balance and returns.
  • Experience with food industry software systems related to production, quality, suppliers, or procurement.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of software solutions used in the food industry for livestock procurement, ERP systems, and sales forecasting.
  • Leadership in meetings and customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
  • Understanding of product costing and yield management.
