As a cover supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting schools by ensuring continuity in students' learning when teachers are absent. You'll manage classrooms, maintain discipline, and ensure that students stay on task with pre-set work.

Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role in schools, whether on a day-to-day, long-term, or permanent basis. The role does not include planning and preparation; however, strong communication and classroom management skills are essential.

The successful Cover Supervisor will have:

• Confidence in managing a class of students aged 11 to 16
• Ability to manage behaviour in the classroom to keep students engaged
• Flexibility to work across different departments and age ranges daily
