What will I do....

• Responsible for driving Village Hotel Club's food and beverage strategy to achieve budgeted commercial returns & service delivery.
• Recruit, retain, and develop a strong F&B team across 2 departments: Pub & Grill & Meeting & Events.
• Develop the F&B Assistant Manager & Team Leaders in leadership and management skills.
• Manage all F&B Assistants' conduct, performance, attitude, & behaviour.
• Drive quality and value to ensure a great guest experience, focusing on high standards and hospitality.
• WOW conference and events guests with enthusiasm and attention to detail from welcome to farewell.
• Ensure a culture of passion for food and beverage knowledge.
• Plan & review rota costs, ensuring staffing levels meet operational needs and benchmark hours while delivering exceptional service.
• Ensure stock is replenished appropriately and stock control procedures are followed.
• Deliver brand standards across all F&B areas, including guest journey & food presentation.
• Ensure audit standards are met.
• Monitor progress on strategy implementation operationally and through the P&L.
