Service Users: YPs in need of high levels of supervision and support

What You Will Do as a Senior Residential Support Worker

  • Provide day-to-day care and guidance to young people, helping them develop life skills
  • Supervise and support residential staff, lead shifts, and ensure adherence to placement plans
  • Support educational goals and maintain positive, safe relationships with children
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum age of 22 years, as per children’s home regulations
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Residential Childcare
