What You’ll Be Doing

  • Client Leadership– Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive exceptional strategic direction.
  • Business Growth– Drive revenue by expanding existing accounts and identifying new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership– Lead, coach, and inspire a commercial team to success.
  • Strategic Thinking– Develop retention and growth strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Sales & Pipeline Management– Oversee forecasts, pitches, and commercial opportunities to maximize impact.
  • Industry Representation– Represent the company at key events, networking with senior stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in quantitative research across brand and communications and/or product innovation.
  • Strong experience with business development and account leadership with multinational clients.
  • Strong ability to build and grow client relationships at a senior level.
  • A results-driven leader with experience managing teams and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
