Our Recovery Workers play a vital role in supporting clients to identify their goals, ambitions, and passions. You’ll work with them to create the best treatment plan for their needs and guide them on their path to recovery.
This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities, and intervention delivery. You will manage an active caseload, connecting quickly with clients and ensuring they’re always treated with respect and dignity.
Please note that this is a fixed-term role until July 2026. The postholder will work 30 hours per week and see clients at Weston General Hospital and the North Somerset Service. The annual salary is up to £27,000 pro rata (subject to experience).
We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated individual with an exceptional ability to build meaningful relationships. You will have demonstrable experience working within the health, social care, criminal justice, or other specialist settings, or a clear motivation for working in the drug and alcohol sector. A successful track record of providing efficient and reliable customer service is essential.
You should be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage your time effectively. Collaboration and teamwork are vital to ensure high-quality service delivery. We value passion, a positive attitude, and an engaging approach to clients and stakeholders.
Experience and knowledge of group work, assessment, care planning, and key working are required, along with an understanding of issues affecting our client group.
