An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aftermarket Services professional to join a global manufacturer, leading their Aftermarket Services division.

In this newly created role, you will lead the strategy and operations of service offerings, spare parts and customer support programmes, driving customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the aftermarket division aligns with business objectives, delivering exceptional service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Aftermarket Services team, promoting customer excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop global aftermarket strategies, service centres, and customer support solutions.
  • Analyse data on product performance and obsolescence to drive improvements.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and track financial performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

About You:

  • Proven leadership in Aftermarket, Engineering Services, or Project Management within manufacturing or engineering.
  • Commercially focused with a track record of growing service revenues and profitability.
  • Strong experience in service contracts, spares, warranty management and customer support.
  • Data-driven, strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement tools (5S, FMEA, A3).
  • CRM, ERP and service management systems experience.
