Maintenance Surveyor - Leeds
6 months+
£28 - 30 ph Umbrella/CIS

We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Maintenance Surveyor on an initial temporary basis.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Surveyor:

1. Providing an efficient inspection and surveying service to the company's housing stock and related assets, including those surrounding damp and mould.
2. Conducting ongoing repairs and maintenance surveys and progress reports, and updating information as required.
3. Providing guidance, technical support, and direction when appropriate.
4. Undertaking pre and post inspections.
5. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation including UK building regulations.
6. Producing project design, tender, and contract documentation.

Requirements of the Maintenance Surveyor:

1. Previous experience conducting maintenance surveys.
2. Social housing experience is desirable.
