Job description

Sales Executive / Business Development Representative / Client Account Manager who has experience selling to Local Authorities, NHS and/or Private Hospitals with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to build long-term trusting relationships is required for a well-established company based in Brentford, West London.

FULL PRODUCT TRAINING PROVIDED

SALARY: £45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

LOCATION: Heathrow / Brentford, West London (You MUST live within a 30 Minute Commute to Brentford) – This is 100% Office Based

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday

KEY REQUIREMENT: Candidates will need previous experience selling into Local Authorities, NHS and/or Private Hospitals

JOB OVERVIEW

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive / Business Development Representative / Client Account Manager who has experience selling to Local Authorities, NHS and/or Private Hospitals with excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to build long-term trusting relationships.

Working as a Sales Executive / Business Development Representative / Client Account Manager you will develop new business with key decision makers in Local Authorities, NHS and Private Hospitals, providing quotes and advice on the company’s products and services.

The company wants to ensure your success in the role and as a Sales Executive / Business Development Representative / Client Account Manager you will be required to attend various ongoing in-house and manufacturers product training sessions, to familiarise yourself with the various product types and brands the company provide, so you have all the tools and knowledge needed to develop and grow the customer base.

DUTIES

  1. Research and contact key decision makers within Local Authorities, NHS and Private Hospitals
  2. Build long-lasting client relationships
  3. Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  4. Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
  5. Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
  6. Cross-sell products
  7. Pass enquiries onto the correct department to follow up with customer visits or information
  8. Coordinate with the Sales Representatives to promptly organise assessments / visits to provide excellent customer service
  9. Stay up to date with new products/services

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  1. Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role
  2. Previous experience working / selling to Local Councils, NHS and Private Hospitals is essential
  3. Understanding of the sales process
  4. Basic maths skills
  5. Computer literate and able to input data/customer details onto computer
  6. Able to provide accurate reports of enquiries and leads
  7. Excellent communication skills (including by telephone), capable of building trusting relationships
  8. Flexibility and reliability
  9. Must be ambitious and have new ideas to generate sales
