Fleet Controller (6 month fixed term contract), Edinburgh

This role is responsible for executing the business plan by ensuring the right car is in the right place at the right time, through fluid and agile management of the car park and ready line to ensure effective customer service flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all vehicles arriving at the location are dealt with timely and efficiently.
• Update MARS to ensure all vehicles are in the correct status.
• Collaborate with the fleet manager and multi-location manager to ensure the correct fleet is ready for customers.
• Manage all body shop requests and on-site maintenance.
• Process all off-site dealership bookings.
• Contribute to department performance by meeting key metrics such as non-rev management.
