Counterbalance Operative

Mon-Fri 06:00-14:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Location: Magna Park, LE17

Pay: £12.21 per hour

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative/Counterbalance driver for a busy site based in Magna Park, Lutterworth.

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and concentration are essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Unloading containers
• Moving stock
• Palletising stock
• Using hand scanners
• Counting and quality checking

The role involves duties on and off the FLT, with a primary focus on FLT operations. You may need to lift goods weighing up to 20-25kg by hand.

Ideal candidates are team players with good numeracy skills, excellent accuracy, a positive attitude, and previous counterbalance forklift training.
