Are you a motivated Professional Support Lawyer seeking a role within a Tier 1 Corporate team?

Corporate - Professional Support Lawyer – Bristol

Client
A full service, top 50 UK, forward thinking law firm, with ambitious growth plans.

Role

  1. Keeping fee earners informed about the latest developments in law and practice.
  2. Further developing the internal precedent bank, best practice guides and knowledge resources.
  3. Ensuring that fee earners receive regular training, both in areas of general corporate law and other specialist areas.
  4. Promoting the profile of the firm as a leading commentator on corporate law developments.
  5. Supporting training programmes for junior fee earners.
  6. Assisting fee earners with research including advising on technical legal issues.

You

  1. Will be 6+ PQE.
  2. Have significant corporate transaction experience from a well-regarded city, national or regional law firm.
  3. Excellent drafting and research skills.
  4. Well-developed organisation and communication skills.
