This consumer business has enjoyed consistent growth over two decades through innovation and an entrepreneurial spirit. They are profitable, well managed and financially secure. Turnover c. £135m. They have an exceptional existing senior leadership team that this role is part of.

Job Description

The role is all encompassing - leading and motivating the finance function, both in terms of people and the capabilities of the function from a technology and notably data perspective but also in terms of the commercial and operational impact the function has on the ongoing performance of the business.

The role is at board level, with the scope to influence and direct the strategy on the business.

The Successful Applicant

You will be Russell Group educated, a fully qualified accountant and have an excellent understanding of economics and strong general academic capacity

To be considered you will possess strong commercial acumen, a strategic appreciation and collaborative approach. You are likely to have operated at Head of or Director level already.
