Job Description:

As a Process Operative, you will work as part of a team reporting to a Team Leader and then to the Section Leader. Effective teamwork and communication with other operatives and supervisory staff are essential.

The role is mainly performed in a temperature-controlled environment and involves standing for extended periods and performing repetitive movements.

Shift Pattern: 03:40-15:40, rotating A shift pattern (Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday / Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Pay rate: £13.28 per hour

Additional Benefits: Free transport from Lincoln.

Skills / Knowledge required:

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production targets.
• Use knives for trimming, slicing, and dicing products safely, adhering to health and safety standards.
