Job description

Salary: £90,000 to £120,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Role Overview

Steering the company to the most profitable direction while implementing vision, mission and long-term goals will require a strategist and a leader. Strategies will ensure the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling objectives both short and long term, and that it does not diverge from strategic guidelines set out by the board.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Exhibit forward thinking and innovation in senior managerial roles.
  2. Improve processes through the implementation of lean manufacturing methods.
  3. Adapt to changes and make quick operational adjustments as required.
  4. Formulate new methodologies to address complex problems.
