About the role

We seek an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Science and Research team in London, with a mechanical or electrical bias.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects ranging from commercial laboratory fit-outs to research facilities for education and industry leaders. You'll collaborate with a team of specialists, fostering a supportive, flexible, and high-performance culture.

The role involves three main areas: project leadership, team leadership, and business development, with opportunities for career progression.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the technical delivery of electrical or mechanical design services for multidisciplinary projects in Science and Research sectors.
• Developing strategic concepts aligned with project briefs and standards.
• Engaging with stakeholders and representing the client in meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
• Assisting in monitoring project budgets, resources, and progress.
• Mentoring junior professionals and supporting their development.
