The Role

Requirements Of a Care Assistant

  • Must have right to work full-time in the UK
  • Be available for either early mornings from 7am or evenings from 2pm and at least alternate weekends
  • Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to your own car
  • Have or be willing to obtain class 1 business insurance
  • Be able to offer flexible availability
Duties Will Include

We deliver person-centered care to all Clients, ensuring our calls are thorough and clients get the most out of their time with us. We do not operate on a time-and-task basis, avoiding burnout and allowing quality care. Your main tasks will be:

  • Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
  • Personal care
  • Administering medication
  • Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
  • Shopping
  • Housekeeping
  • Meal preparation
  • Taking Clients for appointments or outings
