Job Description:

A global media and technology business is looking for a Corporate Lawyer to join ASAP on an initial 3-6 month contract. Day rate, inside IR35, hybrid working.

Supporting the General Counsel, you will take a lead role in managing upcoming corporate transactions, acting as the interface between the business, external counsel, and other key stakeholders.

To be considered for this role, you will have 5+ years PQE, qualified in England & Wales, with training and experience gained in the corporate practice of a reputable firm. You will bring experience across both M&A and PE transactions, be able to manage your own workload, and work effectively with internal and external parties. Previous experience in a similar in-house role would be advantageous.
