We are a successful, supportive, and established Talking Therapies service providing psychological interventions for people experiencing mild to moderate anxiety disorders and/or depression. The service currently has a position available for qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs) who will provide high-volume, low-intensity interventions.
We are looking for PWPs to work across our service. The North team covers Kettering, Corby, Wellingborough, and East Northants, based at Willowbrook Health Centre in Corby. The South team covers Northampton, Daventry, and Towcester, based at Lotus House in Northampton.

As a qualified PWP, you will play a key role in our service, assessing new referrals via telephone and providing short-term, low-intensity interventions through telephone, online, or face-to-face appointments. You will collaborate with Step 3 and Step 4 colleagues and external services to support safe onward referrals and step-ups, always maintaining patient dignity, confidentiality, and inclusivity.
