Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Specialist. You will analyze payment data to identify fraud and chargebacks, and develop security rules to prevent them. You will collaborate with customer support to address patterns of concern, manage chargebacks, and liaise with law enforcement and banks. As this is a new department, initial responsibilities will be high to minimize fraud and chargebacks while avoiding false positives and churn.

Compensation

€40,000 - €50,000 annually
