Job Overview

The purpose of a Partnership & Client Executive is to align with Halfords' expectations for Business, aiming for excellence! This role involves managing Halfords for Business’ extensive client and partner portfolio, driving growth, seeking opportunities, and renegotiating contracts in line with KPIs.

Reporting to a Partnership & Client Success Manager, the Executive oversees all elements of the Halfords for Business offerings for clients and partners, supported by the team. Responsibilities include lead generation, cross-selling products like Cycle to Work, Gift Cards & Partnerships, onboarding, legal compliance, financial management, marketing, and communication to enhance engagement and account management. The role requires a motivated individual eager to learn and develop, with previous relationship management skills being beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support the Partnership & Client Success Manager in managing key partnerships across all H4B areas.
  • Manage assigned accounts, develop clients and partners, and meet KPIs related to acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Develop negotiation skills and understand contractual obligations to renegotiate terms proactively.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities through direct and partner channels.
  • Drive opportunities across all H4B propositions using existing relationships.
  • Understand profitability to facilitate high-volume, good-margin sales.
  • Present confidently to clients and create/deliver presentations as needed.
  • Manage time and pipeline effectively for accurate forecasting.
  • Seek continuous improvement in work processes and team productivity.
  • Align with Halfords' company values and be a strong team player.

This role emphasizes development, with training provided during probation and ongoing.
