We’re recruiting for a dynamic Sales Manager/Lister to join a thriving and well-respected estate agency in Burgess Hill. As the Sales Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the Sales Director to drive listings, support branch operations, and mentor a dynamic sales team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Winning new business & securing standout property instructions
2. Bringing listings to market & keeping sales on track
3. Supporting branch performance and daily operations
4. Coaching the team and sharing your sales know-how
5. Ensuring an exceptional client journey from start to finish

About You:

• Proven track record in residential sales
• Confident in valuations and securing instructions
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and commercially astute
• A natural communicator with a people-first approach
• Knowledge of Burgess Hill (bonus)
