Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct thorough assessments of project specifications and requirements.
2. Prepare accurate cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects, including materials, labor, and other expenses.
3. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives.
4. Analyze project risks and opportunities to develop competitive bids.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and pricing.
6. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an estimator in the roofing and cladding industry.
• Strong understanding of roofing and cladding systems, materials, and installation methods.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver's license.
