Hey there, coffee lover! Are you ready to take the lead at our brand-new Fenchurch Street location? We’re on the hunt for an energetic, passionate, and people-loving General Manager to bring their A-game and make our shop the ultimate go-to spot!

At Mouse Tail, we’re all about great coffee, great vibes, and great people—and we need YOU to help us create unforgettable experiences for our customers while leading an incredible team of coffee pros.

What You’ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers!)

Operational Leadership – Keep the shop running like a dream from open to close. Smooth service, spotless spaces, and top-tier customer experience? That’s all YOU!
People Management – Lead, train, and inspire an epic team of baristas and food prep wizards. We want someone who fosters progress, passion, and a culture of excellence—all while making work fun, inclusive, and empowering!
Customer Experience – Create unforgettable moments for every customer that walks through our doors. Got a tricky complaint? You’ll handle it like a pro with empathy and care!
Financial Management – Own the numbers! From budgeting to P&L analysis, cost control, and smashing sales targets, you’ll be the financial mastermind behind the magic. You’ll also report financials fortnightly and forecast monthly, setting your own quarterly goals.
Product Quality & Innovation – Work with our bakery & coffee team to ensure every bite and sip is top-notch! Share feedback, spark innovation, and help our offerings be the best they can be.
Inventory & Supply Chain – Order like a pro! Stay on top of stock levels so we’re never out of the good stuff.
Marketing & Community Engagement – Collaborate with our marketing team to create exciting promos, events, and partnerships. You’ll also be the face of our local community—building relationships and making Mouse Tail the place everyone loves to be!
Health & Safety Compliance – Keep everything safe, sound, and sparkling clean! You’ll ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met and keep things running smoothly with regular audits.
