What you will do:

You will run a full caseload of new build plot sales (on behalf of developers) and new build plot purchases (on behalf of clients)
Be the main point of contact for developers and clients

Act for new build purchasers:

Review plot sale contract packs and draft title reports
Review searches and draft search reports
Manage lender requirements and certificate of title, review mortgage offers and issuing reports to clients

Act for developers selling new build units:

Draft contract documentation for estate set up
Respond to enquiries
Manage plot sales and reporting to developers & agents
Manage exchange and completion

What you will bring:

You will be a Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong residential property background
Plot Sales experience would be a strong advantage
Strong communication, client care and time management skills
Passionate about excellence and collaborative teamwork
