Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 12 months fixed-term contract
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 9.30am - 6pm
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Gas Ferry Road, Bristol, Hybrid working with a minimum of 3 days in the office
This key position is at the heart of Attractions & Live Experiences, responsible for managing and driving new business opportunities for Live Events & Attractions, and developing experiential partnerships. The role involves comprehensive project management for Attractions & Live Experiences.

The Candidate: We seek candidates with excellent project management, administrative, and organizational skills. Experience managing multiple live event projects, working with external clients, organizing resources, managing meetings and actions, preparing event concepts & pitches, creating design briefs, producing budgets, and issuing contracts is essential. You will communicate and pitch to event & exhibition producers, festival organizers, and attraction venues, collaborate with our archiving department on exhibition content, coordinate with the marketing team on assets and campaigns, and manage crew resources and travel arrangements.
