Scottish Borders Council is recruiting Play, Sport, and Activity Leaders for our Summer Holiday Opportunities to encourage children to be more active during the holiday period. Leaders will be responsible for activities across Eyemouth, Duns, Galashiels, Jedburgh, Kelso, Peebles, and Hawick.
You will help provide children and young people with opportunities to socialise, play, and connect with their communities, contributing to their physical and mental health improvement.
Relevant experience or qualifications in sports, physical activity, or teaching are advantageous. Demonstrating knowledge of the benefits of physical activity and experience engaging with children and young people in education, sport, or community leisure is desirable.
