Application Analyst, Leeds, West Yorkshire
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Application Analyst to join a leading international organisation in the legal and financial services sector. If you've worked closely with business-critical systems like Contract Express, iManage, and Intapp, and enjoy owning application processes end-to-end without being deep in the code, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert and super user across key business applications including Contract Express, iManage Work, and Intapp products.
- Own application lifecycle management including upgrades, enhancements, change requests, and documentation.
- Coordinate and implement system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to manage configuration, updates, and integration of tools.
- Create and maintain user-friendly documentation, training materials, and process maps.
- Support business users, troubleshoot issues, and act as the point of contact for escalations.
- Monitor application performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose enhancements.
- Contribute to project delivery, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders across departments.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate effectively within a distributed team.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Contract Express, iManage, and Intapp platforms.
- Strong understanding of application workflows, user support, and business process improvement.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience managing release and change control processes.
- Confidence working across front-to-back application usage rather than core code or development support.
- Experience engaging stakeholders, managing vendors, and delivering clear communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile working practices and collaboration across global teams.
- Background in legal, financial, or professional services environments is essential.
