Job Title: Senior Social Content Creator

We are The Social Shepherd, a leading social-first agency dedicated to helping global brands, household names, and high-growth scale-ups accelerate their business growth. Having recently been awarded the Best Large Social Agency in the UK and continuing our growth trajectory, we are looking to hire a Senior Social Content Creator.

Our Service Offering Includes: Organic Social, Paid, Creative, and Influencer marketing.

Our team comprises over 70 professionals across Bath, London, and New York, with big ambitions to lead industry-leading campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Ideate social-first video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
2. Write comprehensive briefs and scripts for production.
3. Assist on shoots, ensuring execution aligns with briefs, both in our studio and on location.
4. Book talent, locations, and props as needed.
5. Self-shoot mobile-first video content.
6. Edit social content using tools such as Premiere Pro and in-app editing.
7. Develop and maintain the brand's look and feel on social media.

Minimum Requirements

• A passion for social media, staying updated with the latest trends and pop culture.
• A creative mindset with a love for content creation and involvement in shoots.
• At least 1 year of experience in a social or creative role.
• Basic experience with Premiere Pro (preferred but not mandatory).
• Creative flair and keen eye for detail.
• Team player who collaborates well within their team and across the wider marketing organization.

Salary

£29,000 to £33,000 per annum.
