We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours 8am to 4pm — whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Enjoy free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460 routes.

We’re seeking Baristas with great energy, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for coffee! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to meet you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee — you’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
2. Providing friendly, professional service with a smile
3. Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness in the café
4. Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
5. Adhering to health, safety, and food hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

1. Previous experience as a barista or café staff (training available for the right candidate)
2. A passion for great coffee and customer service
3. Reliable, confident, and team-oriented
4. A calm, positive attitude during busy times
5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and lunch rushes
