About the Role

Are you an experienced maintenance manager seeking a role where you can lead a new in-house maintenance engineering team and contribute to a growing company's success?

Join one of the UK's leading distributors of oil for both households and businesses. With nearly 100 depots nationwide, the company is expanding and looking to recruit a Head of Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations across the UK.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee major maintenance contracts and service level agreements across company sites.
2. Set maintenance policies and procedures.
3. Coach and develop junior maintenance engineering staff.
4. Travel across the UK to various sites as required.

Candidate Requirements

1. Experience in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, and process engineering.
2. Background in maintenance management roles.
3. Experience working within process and hazardous industries such as oil & gas, chemical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
