Asset Analyst

Durham

Salary: £31,072 per annum

Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday

Contract: Temporary fixed-term contract (12 months)

Closing Date: 5PM on Friday, 30th May 2025

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to step into the role of Asset Analyst for the next year to cover an internal move. This role will be responsible for reconciling system information, analyzing, and uploading new stock condition survey data. If you're passionate about data, then our Asset Analyst role is for you.

About The Asset Analyst Role

This role will involve:

  • Reconciling system information
  • Analyzing and uploading new stock condition survey data
  • Supporting the Asset Manager and Asset Business Analyst in preparing future work programmes
Your Experience

Successful candidates will need:

Essential
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Asset Management Systems
  • Analytical skills with good experience using Excel
  • Knowledge of problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work between key sites as required, including being in the office at Ashington and Durham on multiple days
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
Desirable
  • Experience with Keystone and MRI systems
