We are here to support, promote, and develop voluntary and community action in Middlesbrough.

Community and Quality Lead

Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) is recruiting for a Community and Quality Lead.

Adult Wellbeing Services consist of five bespoke services working together to reduce health inequalities and improve health and wellbeing outcomes for residents of or workers within County Durham.

These key services include Wellbeing For Life, Joining the Dots, Cancer Awareness, NHS Health Checks, and Health Squads.

The Adult Wellbeing Service is commissioned by Durham County Council and is a partnership project delivered by Pioneering Care Partnership and County Durham and Darlington NHS Trust.

We are looking to appoint a Project Lead who has:

  1. Proven experience in supporting operational development, ensuring projects are managed efficiently and resource needs are met.
  2. At least 3 years’ experience as an operational manager within a charity or similar environment.
  3. Experience in identifying community and local needs to influence project and service development.
  4. An action-oriented approach to achieving targets and ensuring compliance.
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret various materials and information sources to aid decision-making.
