Job Description

The Professional Indemnity Associate/Senior Associate will be:

• Handling complex professional indemnity claims, primarily within the construction sector.
• Advising major insurers on claims involving architects and construction professionals.
• Managing cases related to cladding and fire safety issues.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
• Providing strategic input and guidance on risk management for clients.

The Successful Applicant

The Professional Indemnity Associate/Senior Associate should be:

• A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in professional indemnity or construction law.
• Experience in handling complex claims for major insurers, with a focus on construction-related issues.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to handle high-value cases.
• A proactive approach to case management and risk assessment.
