Shepherd Neame is seeking a full-time, seasonal Chef to join our kitchen team. Whether you're a new or aspiring chef seeking a fresh challenge and career growth, this could be the perfect role for you.

About The Royal Albion

Located in the heart of Broadstairs, Kent, The Royal Albion is a historic seafront hotel dating back to 1760. It features 21 elegant bedrooms and offers stunning views from Viking Bay. Guests can enjoy dining in our popular Ballard's Coffee Lounge, main bar, restaurant, or the Quarterdeck restaurant and Boathouse bar with terrace and garden.

Role Expectations

We believe excellent chefs are vital to our success. You will work as part of a friendly, supportive kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences. Previous catering experience is beneficial but not essential; if you love food, are confident, motivated, and a team player, we will provide training to develop your skills.
