Job Description:

Recruitment Consultant – Droitwich – 4-day week (with 5 days pay!) – Part Office (Droitwich) / Part Home-Based

Are you a go-getter with a passion for connecting top talent with amazing opportunities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges and rewards? If so, we want YOU to join our team!

As a Recruitment Consultant with a focus on both account management and new business development, you’ll be at the forefront of our continued business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and expand our client base, identifying and securing new business opportunities, as well as conducting account management, working with an established database (evolved since 2012), ensuring that recruitment goals are delivered effectively and on-time in line with our service level agreements. You will be responsible for both new business and growing key accounts within the agriculture, farming, and related sectors globally. You will be supported by a great resourcing team to help find the best candidates in the market.

We have a fantastic and well-recognized brand and are often the first point of contact for potential clients looking to add to their teams.

Are you looking to be part of something great? We have a fantastic company culture, always ahead of the market, with the ability to work from home, as well as a standard 4-day working week with 5 days pay for every employee! No condensed weeks, no 12-hour days—just standard hours, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays off.

We are a fast-growing business, and this role (and our business) will continually evolve, so flexibility and a 'can do' attitude are essential. Our company culture promotes work-life balance, ensuring employees do not experience Sunday night dread.

From day one, you'll have a clear career path, understanding what is needed for your next promotion. We are looking for future Directors!
