Korn Ferry is seeking a DV-cleared Project Manager for critical infrastructure programmes. This hybrid role involves leading complex projects in secure environments, managing stakeholders, and ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates will have a strong track record in infrastructure delivery and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
Project Manager – Critical Infrastructure Programmes
Location: Hybrid (1+ day/week on-site, with flexibility based on project needs)
Security Clearance: DV Cleared (Developed Vetting)
Contract: 6-month initial engagement, with scope for extension
Start Date: Immediate or short notice preferred
Are you a DV-cleared Project Manager with a background in delivering complex infrastructure projects in secure, regulated environments? We're supporting a high-priority government programme and seeking skilled professionals to lead critical workstreams in transport infrastructure, facilities, and core utilities.
This is a client-side delivery role — you'll be working directly with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful execution across one of several strategically vital workstreams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading end-to-end project delivery across one of the following areas: Roads & Access Control, Building Accommodation, or Utilities
• Managing stakeholder engagement across multiple levels, including internal governance teams, contractors, and delivery partners
• Driving progress through complex delivery frameworks, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, risk, and cost
• Supporting compliance, quality assurance, and reporting in line with secure programme requirements
• Acting as a trusted delivery lead embedded within a high-assurance environment
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong track record in delivering infrastructure/construction projects, ideally within defence, secure government, or national critical infrastructure settings
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and work without direct line authority
• Hands-on experience with project controls — schedule, budget, risk, and performance tracking
• Solid technical understanding of construction delivery models, contractor management, and assurance processes
• DV clearance (Developed Vetting) is essential for this role
Working Model:
• Hybrid delivery setup – minimum 1 day/week on-site, with flexibility for additional presence based on project activity
• Initial contract duration: 6 months, with high likelihood of extension for strong performers
• Roles available for immediate or short-notice start
If you're ready to take on a pivotal role within a secure, high-stakes programme environment, and have the DV clearance to match, we’d like to hear from you.
