The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for Level Infinite's brand strategy planning, mainly focusing on industry events(GDC/Gamescom/TGA/SGF, etc.) planning and execution. And coordinate with product marketing activities for Level Infinite's global product portfolio. Successfully create/execute event plans that build brand awareness, engage gamers, and drive conversions through thoughtful brand storytelling, data-driven insights, and creative innovation.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for the brand's annual strategic planning with a focus on industry events, expanding the reach of the brand and games by integrating all games under the Level Infinite brand or in partnership with it into industry events to support successful game releases.
  • Responsible for the marketing of the Level Infinite brand, and through effective integration, developing a comprehensive event plan for LI, to deliver the brand narrative in the event campaigns, and help the game titles to amplify their key beats.
  • Work closely with internal and external cross-functional teams (game studios, design, PR, legal, etc.) to leverage their expertise at all stages of production to ensure success.
  • Help communicate and collaborate with regional teams to implement global strategies through meaningful local campaigns.
  • Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and present marketing updates to marketing executives and the broader game department.
  • Produce marketing collateral, presentation materials, internal plans, and post-mortems.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
  • Demonstrated success in global industry event management.
  • Goal-oriented strategic/creative thinker with a proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to translate qualitative/quantitative data into actionable insights that tell a story.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence and “sell” strategies to a wide audience set and cultivate strong relationships with game studios.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a can-do attitude; works well under pressure.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented project manager; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint, the ability to creatively tell a story in a compelling way.
