Job Description

SS&C Technologies seeks a Client Audit & Oversight Manager to join our client services team. You will be the point of contact for the administration and communication internally and externally for client audit & oversight requests. This is a vital client-facing role.

Main Responsibilities
Client Management
  • Primary contact point for day-to-day requests raised by the client and internal contacts.
  • Maintain visits and requests logs.
  • Support coordination with internal business areas to ensure awareness of visit and oversight arrangements.
  • Proactively liaise with all administration areas to ensure service is delivered within SLA and quality is measured within KPIs.
Service Management
  • Liaise with heads of internal business areas to ensure provision of quality service.
  • Manage opportunities to optimize economies of scale based on client oversight requirements.
  • Stay updated on client relationships and any issues beyond oversight.
Reporting
  • Develop and produce programme details, agendas, and key actions.
  • Contribute to reporting to reflect results and lessons learned.
  • Highlight oversight service failings through reports.
  • Produce post-visit reports and ensure actions are completed within agreed service levels.
  • Assist in the production of monthly MI reports for approval.
  • Manage content in knowledge bases and central data repositories to ensure accuracy and currency.
  • Deliver relevant information to client contacts promptly and appropriately.
  • Coordinate with internal operational/IT teams to ensure necessary inputs for clients.
Meeting Management
  • Organize oversight meetings and conference calls, supporting the Chair as needed.
  • Ensure internal divisions are prepared for oversight visits through review meetings.
  • Issue meeting minutes within 48 hours.
  • Work with the CSM team to approve oversight re-charges promptly.
  • Assist with disputed invoices between SS&C and clients.
Ideal Candidate
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests.
  • Experience managing multiple internal contributors to ensure alignment.
  • Knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment.
  • Understanding of the client service model, business strategy, structure, and products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good analytical and numeric skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • IOC or equivalent certification, or willingness to pursue IAQ or similar qualifications.
  • Operational experience in the industry.
