Job Description

The SMB Group is a highly successful FE college, formed through the merger of Stephenson College and Brooksby Melton College. We are an innovative and highly responsive centre for education and training with campuses in Coalville, Melton Mowbray, and Brooksby.

We are seeking a qualified Media Production Lecturer to deliver across the full range of our department's provision, including Media, Broadcast, and Production T Level (Content Creation and Production route). The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation, bringing new ideas and embedding new technologies into the learning environment.

Working as part of the Media team, you will be involved in delivering Level 2 and 3 Creative Media courses. You should possess excellent knowledge and understanding of creative media production processes and be capable of planning and employing a variety of effective teaching and learning techniques.

Additional Information
  • Hours: 18.5 hours per week
  • Salary: £27,707 - £36,172 per annum (pro rata)
  • Location: Brooksby Campus
