CS Construction Staffing in partnership with our client a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor delivering high-impact projects across the UK, Europe, and Internationally.

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Streetlighting & Civils General Operative to join our team on the North Lanarkshire Project. This is your chance to work with a globally respected company while building your career in a supportive, safety-first environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out general civils and streetlighting maintenance work
• Operating vehicles (HGV/small & large plant) and conducting routine checks
• Supporting highways and track works operations
• Participating in both winter and summer standby/emergency response rota
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to H&S regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 12+ months’ experience in electrical civils operations & maintenance
• Confident operating vehicles & small plant (HGV Class 2 licence preferred)

Essential Certifications:

• 12D RTM Operative (Mod 1/2)
• Abrasive Wheels
• Manual Handling
• Mini Excavator Qualification
• Street Works Card (required)
• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
